My first recorded sound! it's actually just 6 secs long. I was on a vacation yesterday to a cottage resort, but it was a really rainy day. I decided to take out my $300 samsung to record a bit of the rain. I had the quality at 22khz, so the quality kinda sucks but it's still ok. I also have 2 more sounds (i couldn't record any more because my mic on the tablet broke and it only picks up static).

3 gal. Bucket with a sony voice recorder placed on the inside. Edited with sony sound forge, eq to get rid of the crappy voice recorder sounds and added time compress 85% of original, bend pitch and reverse on end. Also added stereo pan.

A fast whoosh sound, made by swinging a cable past the microphone. Sounds like a sword swinging, or some other kind of fight sound maybe. Recorded with a zoom h4n.
